After 6–8 hours of sleep, your body naturally wakes up in a dehydrated state. While you may not always feel thirsty, your body has been using water all night for essential functions like breathing, circulation, and cellular repair. Starting your morning with a glass of water helps replenish what was lost and sets the tone for better hydration throughout the day.
Drinking water before coffee can also help boost your energy levels naturally. When you’re dehydrated, fatigue often follows.
